I don't know what everyone else's issue is...
I found this funny. The animation is better than what I can do, and I was pretty much hypnotized by he background. And his feet amuse me to no end.

I was given almost the same score for something that took me 11 hours to make. I think you should put more time and effort into making a purpose for your flashes. Maybe add more than just one scene, and perhaps something more than just a sandwich eating stick figure. The stick figure was well animated though, so I'm giving you one star.

That's because a poorly drawn guy saying "yo" in a high-pitched voice isn't funny, or appealing to anyone. Unlike something like this, which appeals to those who can take a joke and have a lighter sense of humor than others.
If I wanted to put time and effort into my Flashes, I would. But you see, I'm already skilled in Flash more than most others. (And I'm not saying that to be an ass, I can draw and create smooth animations with ease - I just don't feel like putting the time into a full-length movie when I could get a few kicks out of something like this.) It's just that I've been making Flash long enough to be able to fire something out on a whim, with ease. I don't need to draw, erase, redraw to get something to look the way I want.
One person could put two days work into a Flash and come out with a choppy, poorly-drawn lump of shit. Others, such as that "A Wizard Creates!" can whip up something in a week and soar to massive heights.

Exactly. You see, when I name these things "random", I don't mean "Hay all U guyz out thar her's a movie with a plut thatz wel-thot out n' animated", I mean "random". Something totally out of the blue. Something you wouldn't expect to see - something that, if you read the authors comments, you will see the humor in it.
how do things like this pass?
I try to look for something good in every flash.
Unfortunately, there was abolutely NOTHING about this which was redeeming.
The person was poorly done and the static background was brainlessly done.
Furthermore, the insulting language contributed nothing. If your goal is to insult your viewers, well done.
put something together worthwhile, but don't just submit stupid stuff like this.

There's not supposed to be. It's supposed to be annoying, stupid, random, or a bit funny depending on your sense of humor.
And no, if you would have read the comments you would have realized that the man in the flash is being constantly bombarded by those insults. Nothing is meant toward the viewers.
