Happy veterans day! I whipped up a little something yesterday and today to show support for our troops, who have the job of risking their lives to keep us safe at home. I know this flash is short, but it took a lot of work, especially the BG, which I worked over 2 hours on [It bears a striking resemblance to Iwo Jima]. I also adapted a new bouncing style for this. If any of you out there are troops, God bless you, but please, please, please, get out of Iraq soon...

Not because I don't want you to support your troops. But overall, the flash was of a moderate quality.
And as a European watcher, perhaps it's less difficult for me to throw the Troop-loving-thought away and look at the flash as it is.

I like that you are thinking of the troops, but still, it just wasn't a great flash. I just felt the animation was lacking overall.

The Strawberry soldier is lacking, but Doom Dock soldier was pretty good, IMO. I think it all comes down to the smoothness of the bouncing, don't you?

Someone makes a flash honoring Veterans day. Your animations were very smooth, and the bullet sounds were realistic. Thanks for honoring our veterans. I'm sure they'll appreciate this.
