Funny, not half bad & needs a bit of improvement
Quite good I'd say... Thing is, as some other people said, it gets kinda boring sometimes. I mean, things are going slow and few things are missing such as Action and Music ... Still I liked it: the beginning was hilarious, like the "play president" part with the music from GTA or the SWAT guys acting retarded.

Great Animation, Crappy Story.
I see a great animator in you, in scenes such as the letter closing and drawing of some of the cars. However, the story sucked. You repeated animation of people getting run over by tanks, chopped by helis, etc. There was nothing original, (why did T's get M4's while SWAT had AK's?) and not really entertaining. But I would be glad to have you as one of my animators if I were to make a stick movie.
