Absolutely horrid.
This animation truly exemplifies all that is worthless in Flash. It shows not only poor animation skills, but also distasteful audio stressed in all areas that most authors of any weight tend to avoid.
There is a complete lack of development, and utilizes mouth movements without speech. If this were intended, it would have been more effective to have at least some sort of audio to contrast the lack of speech. The song is quite poor-quality, and it does not fit a large percentage of your 5-second-clips.
This movie is suitable to mainly those whom have ADD, due to the lack of stasis in one area, the lack of development, and glossed-over details that any good animator would have made sure had a role in their animation.
