Try and add shading to your flash - especially on the character who is the focus of the whole thing, it will make it look much better.

Not to mention that the plot could use a little work :) Amke some more, a bit longer, and put them up here!

hmm.

Although it didn't work very well, I can see what you were aiming for. You were trying to make a nice, tranquil animation that suddenly becomes loud and scary, giving the viewer a fright...
A couple of pointers to help you do this - You should make the colours more 'pastille' right up until the thing bursts out of the guy's chest, at which point, make the colours really bright and garish. This makes things seem more calm, serene and 'sleepy' until you're ready for them to be intense.
You should spend a little more time setting the scene. At the moment, the viewer is still settling into the animation, and isn't really sedated enough for the screaming fright to take effect.

And that's it, really.... It needs a little work, but other than that, it's not bad.

With a alien coming out of his chest...Don't know where you could of really went with that. Unless the alien became a dragon...no that would suck...How bout...Nooo
