This is a really short toon' whose main character is based off the song Ringo by Lorne Green, which was a number one hit back in 64' or so.
The background track 'Forever Broke' is from the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack.
Please rip the sh*t out of this, tell me everything that's wrong with it from colour and pacing to graphical glitches and sh*tty story telling.

Well It could have been wonderful. Work on your flash abit more. Other than that it was alright I guess..it had a track from Cowboy Bebop and thats always a plus. The western feel to it is lacking in Flash animation now adays. As said before, just keep trying and you will figure it out eventually. Work on the storytelling as well.

But it was kind of a neat movie anyway. The graphics weren't bad.

I'm not sure what your flash backround is so i don't know what i should expect of you, but assuming you've done a bit with flash it was good for what it was. It lacked a bit of story, it was kinda just "Random dude bang bang everybody's dead" which is fine but if your going to do that add a little more flare. A loading screen would have been nice although you didn't need one because of the size of the flash it would make it look more well done. Your characters all moved on a set path or so it looked like, maybe add some moving limbs in your next movie to give it more realism, and maybe some sound effects for the gun shots or deaths. Okay criticism aside i thought it was good, the colors were nice, the mood was captured , your characters all looked very well done and with a little more work i could see your movies or maybe even a continuation of this being very nice. All and all i give it a 6 because the effort was there, you just need a bit more practice :]
