No it isn't flash
In newgrounds-speak "Flash" spefically means an Animation or video game of some kind. Live-action cinema movies do not count. Claymation and any use of photographs remain somewhat controversial

I fyou dont want to see a film trailer please dont watch, this is totally original work produced on sony vegas 7.0 shot in dv and converted using macromedia flash 7, its the first of three trailers so enjoy

how do you know this, did tom mention it in the faq???, it does not state that all it states that you can upload anything as long as it meets the guideline, to me it sounds like your going on hearsay rather then terminology, also if this wasnt a flash it would not have been approved, so simply put people need to stop fussing and just keep watching, if you dont like it just switch to something else thats what i say
NOTE: its in the title EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE, the title does not state Every cartoon for everyone so please stop trying to get me to take my material off of the site

It looks fine to me, and don't listen to these freakin Nay sayers... Hey guys! This site is EVERYTHING by EVERYONE, so your argument holds no credibility. If he wants to convert a full movie of his own making to flash, that's his business not yours, so chill the hell out.

Man people keep freaking out like i commited a sin, its simple if it says.swf at the end of it its a flash it doesnt matter what the material is, and thanks for sticking up for me as im new to the whole flash thing and ive got alot of positive responses by the negatives man these people try to crap all over my work and dont read the rules and regulations

I find this rarely animated, if anything WAS animated, It was seriously crap
I can't give any advice apart from, Make an ACTUAL flash movie please!

Well the movie is encoded in flash, now simple as, i said this on my main page and ill say it again, if you dont want to look at it dont watch, i can make what i like how i like, so simple as dont spam on my reviews section as its bloody annoying look up flash in wikipedia and ill will tell you anything encoded using macromedia (now adobe) flash so this has .swf at the end of it so its flash i will work on adding preloaders so stop spamming

It was a good trailer but don't bother putting this kind of thing on NG. YouTube is the site you're looking for.
