I know how you can fix your timing problem. Just split up the sound file you used for the conversation into several layers, placing the parts in proper sequence. That way, you won't have to adjust the entire movie if you make a mistake in lip-synching, only the frames associated with the one part of the conversation.

you have seriously got to fix that ending and the movie is hilarious and perfect, but with the lip synch all off in the ending I got confused and couldn't understand half the diaglogue. Not up to standards. Please fix and resubmit.
