Simple Game, Nothing Much.

been done to death

There is nothing wrong with a simple styled game, but this is beyond simple... You're green a square (the only color in the game) and you avoid the black dots that slowly fall from the top of the screen and the total frame count is your score... No music (or any sound for that matter) no backgrounds, 2 shapes (if a dot really counts as a shape) , no variety... Just more dots. Add something to it, maybe something as simple as changing the background every 1000 points or whatever. Add power ups, add music. Put in a reason to keep the player playing.

LesPaulPunk, thats for the comments, this game was meerly a trial and error to see how the style of control would work. I am working towards better quality games and I can assure you my next one will be completely different on a visual level.

A Poor Game...

Graphics - 2/10.
Sound - 0/10.
Gameplay - 7/10.
Replay - 5/10.

Overall - 4/10 (I would say that this is okay, but the graphics were crap, it is because there are no real objects. Just shapes. No sounds also. The gameplay was good, because my favorite is the arrow keys. The replay was okay too, because I might not play it.

My review-

Starting at default 5/10-

Graphics: +0. Just a square, some dots, and a timer.

Music: -1. None present.

Interactivity: +1. Hard to say this isnt interactive.

Other: +1 for simplistic design.

Overall: +1 for an entertaining game.

TOTAL: 8/10

ANALYSIS:
Seeing the 52k size coming into this game, I expected a piece of crap. But this was far better than I expected. If you remake this, you could add such thongs as falling powerups or varying dot sizes. Good game. (zoke)

its okay...

i think you should know one thing though... ORIGINALITY.

there are so many of these on NG, they just copy the codes off tutorials and AS:Main.

Nice coding and such... smooth, but its just the same thing.

But...how do you play?

I think you forgot to include instuctions....that would help!

I hope you don't get judged to harshly but I can't say it's not guaranteed.

Better luck next time...but Good luck for now!
