I do know it's your first ever automation but you do need to do a lot of work

A. don't just put random sprites in a animation use the normal madness or Hank, Jesus ect.

B. make sure you animate a but better

You have the basic idea of FBF but you might want to check out some of YK-Blaze's tutorials to help you... frame rate = way too low and needs sound
