VERY poor.
This is, ipso facto, an uninteresting "game." It has very little visual appeal, and the audio tracks often go over each other. Moreover, it is uninteresting and unappealing.

I got the first 2 right, then the 3rd wrong, but the sound effects last for EVAR, MON! Try trimming them a little, also, I can't understand what you're trying to say on the first screen.

Needs a lot of work
The first thing you need to fix is the audio. If you answer correctly semifast the cheering will multiply because the audio last's too long. The graphics were also pretty dull, so you'd prolly want to work on that a bit more. The questions were, however, pretty good.
