Cyberen is invited to his african american friend's birthday party, and pulls a stunt he doesn't realize could be percieved as racially offencive by his friends. Fortunately, his old friend Dr. Berenstain appears to teach him about etiquette! Meanwhile the Russian government is still looking for their nuclear submarine, still unaware it's in Jhonen Vasquez's septic tank...
