Very charming! A not the smoothest motions in the world, but the animation made me smile never the less. : )
All I can point out is watching whats on top of what, like when the balloon started to somersault, a few buildings started overlapping each other the wrong way. Perhaps some subtitles for the parts when just the mouths are moving as well, or actions from the characters if you didn't really have anything planned out for dialogue.

I hope your friend liked her present!

That was pretty good

I thought the story was synced well with the music, even though I did think that the hot-air ballon sequence wasted a bit too much time.
Also, I noticed you had some audio problems w/ your previous flash. I have this same problem, you put your voice in, and it comes out an octave higher. It seems the only way to fix this is w/ mixing software, but then you have to pay for it.
Although that may not be the best comparison, as I am not as experienced as you are in animation.

It was a nice clip. Very nice, nothing like an outing with a friend, but when the mouths where moving and no sound was coming out like with the hot air balloon was that on my end or did u make it that way? It would have been nice if u kept up with the bubbles. Like if they showed what they were talking about, but it was very nice. As for the rushed part, I over looked it because the story and all ran good.

very good job. Your animation needs some work, but it was nice to see something of effort. The art could have been better. Keep practicing and you could got far.
