I actually liked this a lot. very addictive. Great concept. Heres a couple of things to fix...

Make it so if you click the mouse too early, the bar goes back to the bottom and pauses for a second. This will give some meaning to the game. Right now its just click a million times till you hit something.
Also make the bar bigger or easier to see, so you can watch it somehow while watching the balloons. Great concept for a game, needs some work.

kinda confused on what exactly this was about. But if you were trying to do a guitar hero type game this actually could turn out to be a brilliant idea. maybe syncing the ballons with the song better or some such thing.

But the color scheme wasnt appealing and thats important if u have a permant background.
