This was based on the Ultimate Naruto FanFlash series, if you haven't noticed (because snowdrak is that awesome D: )
Anyway, this took a few days, maybe about 1-2 hours in planning and 8-11 hours animating overall.
And yes, these are my characters.
(arched is now creditted [cuz he finally got an NG account @_@] for giving me many ideas)

Well, decent song choice, I'll give you that. Animation needs working on... You did a pretty decent job. :]
By the way, it's SnowDragon. And the whole static thing has been used a LOT lately, so I don't think even SHE made that thing up. xD
