The video works best if you view it in pop-up mode. At the moment, there is no loading screen. I had trouble with the last one, so hopefully I'll get the prolem fixed.
Well, this is an old flash of mine. In fact, it's my first flash game! I recently joined Newgrounds so I could submit this. I still need to add the uploader, background, and fix the music.
And as the title says, it's just a cute flash dressup game. Why an Eevee? Because Eevees rule. You don't have to be a Pokemon fan (which I used to be) in order to enjoy this. Have fun!
