My theory.
Obviously, even before I watched this movie, I had assumed this to have made by young people obsessed with killing and swearing for no reason. Just the word Pwnage was a dead giveaway, that and your badly recorded voices. The graphics were terrible, the blood and "special" effects were badly done.
And if and when you do make a better animation, don't use the whole "I'm a gangsta', wanna watch me shoot some "Moa fuka".

sorry but, more time is necessary in order of making good flash, including sound, visual, interaction and plot. without it, well this is proof isnt it

Ugh.
That was simply awful. Choppy graphics, unbalanced sound volumes, crappy storyline...I can't even begin to tell you how horrid this was. Keep trying, dude.
