Heh, although I don't really like the idea of a Burnt-Face Man ripoff, it was kind of funny, reasonably well animated and overall fairly well done.
very poor quality rip-off
This is clearly poking fun at Burnt Face Man. I actually enjoy the series, so that would've been fine if your sound quality wasn't so poor. Work on your audio, and you'll end up better.
