Eh....

I like the finish examples that you had. They looked pretty cool, however your tut, I think was poorly done in several areas. You laked good graphics and didn't give a good explanation on how to make a transparent image for people who may not be familiar with Photoshop or those who do not have the latest version of photoshop (I have 6.0). Also, even though the finished work looked pretty cool, I can't see why someone would want to spend all that time and effort to make a wall paper just sto you can stick your hand behind or monitor to make it look like your real hand (or foot). Keep in mind though, I'm not saying that your idea is a bad thing, that I myself have to be VERY BORED in order to do it.
