This is based on those lame above the influence commercials. If you are already a government trained zombietron you might not like this.. but maybe it will help awaken some.

Overall it was a cute little parody. I wish it could have been longer, and some of the parts could have been funnier. Particularly the "I thought you were intelligent creatures" line. It's not really funny, or unexpected, it's just directly contradicting the point. Now, if the Alien had said, "I thought you guys were cool," it'd be more laughable. Or maybe that's what the government told me to say.
That said, the "anti-government" bits feel genuinely tacked on and meaningless, particularly because the (real) commericals are pretty much without any content either. The commercials pretty much lack any lies at all because of this fact. At best they convey the message that "Your friends will abandon you and your girlfriend will make love to aliens if you smoke weed." And hear-tell that happens all the time.
The website is full of information that is both true and (mostly) fair. Using drugs has a number of risks, many of which are very bad, particularly in regards to harder stuff like Meth and PCP.
That said, they do ignore the fact that some drugs are relatively safe, and that the "war on drugs" is crippling the justice system...
Stick to the shtick, drop the illusion of anti-government crusader.
