This is my Diploma project that I've been working on since November 2006. It is 10 minutes long and you will need Flash Player 8 to view it properly. I'm really anxious because only a few people had seen it before now, and this is my chance to get to know what real audience thinks about my work. Hope you'll enjoy it!

EDIT:
Thank you so much everyone for the Daily Feature, for the Front Page and for all the nice reviews :) I noticed that some of you had mentioned the Brackenwood series in relation to my movie. I would like to say that I consider Adam Phillips (chluaid) the best Flash artist ever. I often watch his movies and try to learn from them, especially the effects such as water, lighting effects and such. His level of animation is something to aim for to me, and it's a honour to know that my movie makes some people think about his works :)

Also, concerning the music, I would like to say that I did not find a suitable music, nor did I animate to follow a previously chosen melody. Alexander Ahura made the soundtrack specifically for this cartoon :)

i think the kid is on drugs ... jk , i cant believe the amount of gems that you can found in newgrounds, a good part of them feel like a fever dream or something , like how the hell to people come up with this ideas , this is insane

I remember seeing this when I was 7. This whole time I thought it was some weird dream I had. This still goes just as hard as I remember now that I'm 23. I know you'll probably never see this, but I credit this as being one of the things that got me into drawing and I'm working on my first official comic now. Thanks for creating this and making an impact on my life.

I first saw this nearly nine years ago. I grew up in a wooded place, one of the most thickly wooded areas in the continental US. The pine forests of my homeland are still in my memory including the sounds of the birds and creatures that live among them. I saw my area urbanize more and more every year, and this was made around a point where they cut one of the oldest trees in my village down to build a large banking structure. To say that this animation was well enough made and touched on some core feelings that were at minimum important to me is an understatement. Years later Im glad I can give this five stars

This is a true masterpiece its a tragedy that the artist hasn't been active for a decade

Just amazing. This is one of those animations that I show all my friends, and family, and future childrens, and dog-friend, and burrito
