UPDATE: Added a 'panic' button. If and only if some sort of bug means you can't complete a level (and this has never happened to me), press the + key to activate the Game Over panel.

Find your way through the world of dreams in this running and jumping extravaganza! Sorry if the sound quality's a little low - I've got your bandwidth concerns at heart. Please try to play all the way through before voting - the last half's pretty superior to the first :P

W, A, S, D or Arrow Keys to move character or vehicles and jump
SPACE or SHIFT to attack (acquired) or fire vehicle weapon
Q to toggle low and medium quality
H to force high quality

This has been something like three months in development, and I'm not much of an artist so it may not be the most amazing thing in the world graphically. Thanks to all the audio artists who's stuff I found in the Portal.

I've done my best to compensate for lag, but low quality is recommended to ease up on the graphical side if the game's slowing.

I enjoyed playing this game immensely.

I had an awesome fun time playing this game. I especially enjoyed the very apt musical numbers, and the inclusion of some secrets to collect. I also especially loved the way that some barriers fell away from in front of you as you attained abilities from later in the game.

Now, at the risk of sounding nitpicky, there were two things about this game that rubbed me the wrong way.

First: The levels were very long. Most particularily since the game was clearly designed around re-doing them to hunt for secrets and there was no way to exit a level you had already completed unless you fight your way to and defeat the boss(es) again. I would perhaps suggest implementing six (or maybe even nine) smaller levels instead of the three huge ones you went with.

Second: The controls seemed rather choppy at times. I really noticed this when I stopped horizontally mid jump when firing my weapon, and when I tried to double jump when not at the absolute peak of my jump. I also found the rotating platforms in level 1 a smidge annoying due to the fact that they kept rotating (i.e. letting you fall through) if you hit them with your weapon, which combined with the cone shaped firing pattern led to a few nasty falls.

One last smal tidbit: The music was spectacular, but the sound effects definitly could have used work.

All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Thank you for sharing it with me.

Varied fun!

Thank you for this fun game. I couldn't stop until I was through. Every new level brought something new and inventive, and as anounced it even got better with every level.
Pure genius! Keep it up!

the part when you get your weapon at the start. music made by me...woot. thanks for using my song

this game reminds me of sonic+mario. I mean you have your boss. your moving platforms, onlything missing is when he dies he dosn't smile at the camera then falls. lol

the graphics where also good for a game like this. great game.

Cheers :) Thanks for being an awesome audio artist.
