Unsatisfying

This flash leaves me unsatisfied.

First of all, I liked the story. Could have (and I am sure it already has happend) exactly like that in the real world.
The ideas of speech-bubbles with the pictures inside was nice.

But the graphics were not good. There are already too many of those stickmen-flashes out there.
Second, the whole flash was quite slow, and because of that it got a bit boring.

Try to improve your graphics and speed up the whole thing and you have an awesome flash there.

Slow Motion.

Upon first view I thought “squares and stickmen, oh no”.

My concept didn’t change much but I was enlightened by the fact that an impressive amount of story and style was put into it. Sure it was a simple story but it was composed rather well.

The idea of the bomb was legendary, since I am from the UK myself I have heard announcements like that, your story could reflect actual happenings.

But big criticisms on graphics… squares and stickmen are not very professional. I can understand that it was a project to promote awareness and content was more important than graphics but as a flash graphics do take a large proportion of overall credibility, which I must take a hit on here. The animation was smooth, but to animate stickmen is no incredible feat.

But if you intended this for a campaign announcement this is suitable. It has a touch of insanity, humour and realism to it. But as a flash there is slightly more we expect from the graphics side.

P.S – In your “Author’s Comments” you say about other animations. I can’t see any in the tab nor do I see a website link. Where are the ones you’ve already done, or are they still in the making?

Hope people take aware of your campaign. I am now certainly aware of the effects of leaving baggage :-].
