Rabbit Rescue

Rabbit Rescue is a simplistic but tough game. Turrets keep popping up at random locations, trying to blast your poor bunny to frame number 4.

Some Notes:
- No instructions included. Learning curve is about 3 seconds;
- Graphics are minimalistic to accentuate the simple-but-fun character of the game;
- I did not include any sounds since that would ruin the tiny download size of this game (14.3 kb). Listen to your own music, it's probably better than mine anyway :P
- Don't worry about hitting turrets, Mr Bunny can sneak underneath them :)

This is my first Flash game, I hope you enjoy it. The 'engine' I designed is capable of far more than needed for this game: 30 turrets and 150 projectiles should not be a problem for a 2 GHz P4. Expect more games in the future!

Great small game

Quite simple and fun for such a small game.

It was ok

Simple, straight to the point. The kind of game you'd play during a 5 minute work break. I liked it. Nothing too special, but a good game nevertheless.

Got too hard waaay too fast.

Within the first 20 seconds your surrounded by turrets I can see how this givesyou a challenge, but maybe slow down the appearance rate or something? And maybe have some other type of enemie, somethin that runs randomly across screen cause the turrets get kind of boring after awhile.

Randomly Plain

A simplistic game that is slightly enjoyable.

The animation is fine but the graphics are bland and boring. Plus it would be nice to have some cannon {blast} sound effects or a noise when new cannons appear.

Another big thing is that the cannons appear far too randomly. The answer could be to show a flashing square a second before the cannon appears on it; otherwise a cannon often appears right where your rabbit is.

Bozozo responds:

The flashing square is an excellent idea and it's very easy to implement. In v2 (if I make one) I will definetely include something like this.

Also it becomes clear to me now that people appreciate sounds at the cost of some bytes... a usefull lesson :)

Sorry, it's nothing new

Sorry, it seems to be nothing new..
keep trying.
