I think this actually probably was slightly better than the other thing here. The other Harry Pothead thing was a game. For some reason, I knew this would be a movie. I thought this would be in Spanish. No one's voting zero, dude! It still wasn't good enough to recommend.
It goes on a bit too long. It would've worked better as a fake commercial. I still like the voices. The animation's quite nice. And now pot is being legalized!
