Honestly I just want feedback on what to add, I'm not sure if I plan on uploading this on newgrounds or if its just for my private site. Should I just add a lot more tutorials? I would rather not add music or anything to make the file size huge.

too basic
man dats all a bunch of newb stuff, if your going to make a tut ya gotta at least deliver some intermediate action script, also the graphics were lame, and the way the menue droppes down doesn't look like a very good tween. not having good graphix and animation discredits you skills as a Flash person. you need to offer up somthing special so when people look at ur tut the think, hey i learned somthing.
so work on the graphix, animation, and try to take up a step, then it would be good.
the graphics are actually not bad.. you must be on crack. The tween is a tween.. its a tween how is it not a good one? I agree I need to add a lot more.
