Not Impossible

You just can't do it without cheating. What you do.
1.Get all your normal connections so that you only have one connection you have to finish.
2.Start that connection, and go to one of the main power/heat/water circles.
3.Right click and hold.
4.Pass through the circle.
5.Left click again.
6.Repeat if necessary.
