A little cruel, but I can ignore that and play the awesomely tricky extremely fun arctic bird game with softball wanna-be polar bears bestowing the power of baseball bats upon some unlucky penguins. Great game!

Kill the Bear
Try to kill the opposing bear with a cute little penguin. You have to aim well and select the right amount of power just so the penguin hits the bear. It takes a few hits to kill the bear (try to aim for the head - results in greatest impact). Try to get a highscore!
Pop the Balloons
Try to figure out the right angle and power setting needed to pop all the balloons in one flight. Once again you take advantage of the local penguins (what else are they good for)? Try to get a highscore!
Target Shooting
Use your trusty penguins to hit a target in the snow. Try to get a highscore!
I was in fact able to understand this game after awhile. The main thing I didn't like was how bad I was at it. The graphics were nothing special. The music was fairly good. It's funny to talk about killing the opposing bear. I certainly couldn't get far enough to see him.
It reminds me of Yetisports. Dang, I wish those things were up on this website. I didn't know this would be a balloon popping game. I thought it would just be a standard throw game, like "Toss The Turtle". Penguins don't live near polar bears, unless it's a zoo.
Here's what I think could have been improved:
OK. So the penguin theme is cute and all, and the concept of the game is good--all stolen from other flash games, but still good--but this game is just plain terrible. First, the control scheme is impossible to use. I finally figured out that power and angle are related to an arbitrary coordinate onscreen, but even then, it was hard to get my settings right. I would have preferred a DOS-style angle/velocity input to your controls. Second, I can't play the the target game without any indication of where the target is at the outset. The same is true, to a lesser degree, of the Kill the Bear Game.
In summary, I don't like this game because of it's execution and because of its unoriginality. If the controls were neater, and the target were visible at all times in the target game, it would be simply mediocre. I don't wish to sound mean, but, as a penguin, I am insulted.

the whole hitting the penguin isnt a new idea and you tried to add new things onto it which made the boring thing less fun
