Well you acheived what you were aiming for. It definatly gave the illusion of 3-D with all flat drawings. Not a real point, but it was well done. Just how you tryed to do it. Kudos.

I've always loved looking at holograms and I get strangely excited by the depth that they create - despite being on a flat surface!?! This is a small looping animation where I wanted to try and create that dark murky holographic atmosphere and depth but without using any 3D software. It's of a 'never say die' diver and a big shark. Because its all based round movie clips its not an excact loop but other than that the storyline isn't very challenging.

Yeah I know, no real point to it, its just a graphics showcase for my portfolio. It does send you to sleep if you watch it for long enough though... Thanks for your comments.
I think i understand what you are trying to do.
But it doesn't seem well actualized. It would be cool if you could improve it.

Any ideas on how i could improve it? I'm going to use it in my portfolio so I want it to look as good as possible. I've seen it so much I don't think I could be objective on it any more.
