In 2003 a Lionel Starkweather is found dead in Carcer City along with several other bodies throughout the city from his own snuff film ring. With his latest captive, James Earl Cash, killing Starkweather and escaping. In 2004 a fan known only as Victor arrives in Carcer City to find him gone, with only one plan; make his own entertainment. This is the story of his latest "star" and his fight to survive.
This series is based on the events after the video game Manhunt.
Better Technique
Well, this is good enough to be passed, but not enough to achieve a high score. It is ovbious that there was alot of effort involved with making this, but the program you used was probably not the best on the market. Just try to use a different program, i dont know like a wamcom, painter 10, photoshop, something other than what you are using now, if you want better reviews and scores.
yeah thats a good point i think ill use photoshop for the next one. i also slightly rushed the character designs.
