The official Handmation Tutorial!

A lot of people have been asking me how I make my handmations, so I decided to make this tutorial, so people can find out.

10 separate sections of information and video on how to make your very own handmations! As mentioned in the tutorial, if you have any queries regarding the tutorial, please PM me or write them in a review, thank you!

Well done tutorial, i don't usually see ones for handmation, actually this is the first and you were really helpful. You were also able to tell the viewer all the important parts, and even a secret to producing effects. Well done, the music choice was alittle "epic" wast it?, heh...

whoa

When i saw the title I thought it wouldn't help me at all since I already make stop-motion. But when i saw it, I was suprised. Thanks and good job.

great tut!

Awesome tutorial dude, i've been wanting to know how to do these great movies. I myself am a fan of your handmations! Keep up the excellent work.

Decent

Not bad but the whole lighting thing really surprised me. "Never animate during the day." NEVER? There is such a thing called white balance, set it manually and it won't change. Also just don't shoot down, or with light coming from behind you so the shadows aren't a problem. Not bad overall, I've enjoyed your handmations so far.

M4KBOT responds:

Well, I did say that you could if you have good blinds and things. In my experience, animating during the day has always been ruined by light variations. If you had an awesome camera with light balance then yeah, go ahead but I don't think many people on NG have anymore than a webcam. Anyway its just advice, take it or leave it.

'tis ok.

good tutorial, could use a little more information in it though. ;)

M4KBOT responds:

are you joking there, I thought I had put too much info in there, because people don't like reading much on flashes in my experience.
