Pretty good. The characters could use a little more animation (maybe make them wobble a bit, like they've been drinking?)
The horn players might look better if they were a bit slower, and moved in sync with each other.
Also, TotW also stands for Turd of the Week. Unless that's was intentional, you might want to consider changing it. ;-)

You might want to consider abbreviating "Tales of the Warriors" a different way. Around these parts, "TotW" usually stands for "Turd of the Week," which is an award it doesn't seem you're shooting for. :)
Otherwise, this was a decent animation, and a good song. A little creepy at the end, and somewhat repetitive, but decent nonetheless. A few scene changes would have helped things a bit, I think, but this is a good first effort.
