Hello NG people! This is my very first submission evar, so please be gentle. I set out to make this flash animation as an asset for my still-in-construction website, as part of my portfolio. I decided to do a fight scene because, well, I like fight scenes.
All illustrations used were hand-drawn by me using a tablet, total completion time was around 12 hours. The whole thing is roughly 50 seconds long, so it's really REALLY short. Music is "In the Eyes of Metal" by Metalized here also on NG, and the sfx are from FXhome. Oh, I recommend setting quality to "low" as, for some reason, the audio isn't syncing properly...
The movie, I guess, looks really amateurish but I'm still proud of it, being my first attempt at flash animation to this degree. So enjoy! I hope.
Well, only one thing
This was short for sure, but its way better than most 1st submissions, keep up, i found this because i was checking metalized´s songs, and the description of this flash caught my attention, it was well done, better than newbie level, but some sounds didnt fit, and the song was just for decoration, because it would be the same without it in my opinion... overall, nice

that was a pretty nice animation. this one had a very nice concept and plotline to it, good graphics and characters, sweet audio in it and it offered some sweet entertainment. this idea has the potential to be a series as well... and it was good for a first animation as well. i hope to see more flashwork from you in the future.

Cool first flash for NG.
Yes, it was short. But another installment or a similar project that's longer could fix that. Also the (almost) black & white of the feature almost reminds me of Sin City, if it was set in motion. Great flash!
I didn't plan for the b&w look, at first the entire movie was in color but I decided to nix it in favor of giving it a homemade look, hehe :) I'm planning to make a better version of it when I have the time, make it a little more detailed. Thanks for the review!
This is really good.
It just needs to be a little longer, with a bit of a story. Why is this guy attacking the city? Is there a long-standing enmity going on here? Other than that, this is amazing!
Yeah, I kinda figured the transition from the city blowing up to the intro of the fighters was abrupt. There is a story going on here, but one I'll have to improve on in a future movie. Thanks for the review! :)
