I miss that music. It reminds me of a time when **THIS SITE used to be a lot better. The tutorial we pretty good. I haven't made a flash animation in a long time so the newer features are lost on me.

So maybe after I made that scene creater I made this...2 months later I was diging around in my flash folder and well here it is! Im proud of it..kinda

Good to see some of the "Good users" instead of these new sign-ups, who don't really know Newgrounds from back-end-out!
A few things.
I like flash Tutorials. They make me "almost" want to learn Flash (I just watch and rate the stuff lol).
The music clip was too short and/or annoying. I LIKE when tutorials have some type of background music..otherwise it's just a boring tutorial. My general thoughts on it though....it's good to have more than just a repeating sound clip, even if it means a larger filesize. Something that's not annoying but at the same time, not too energetic (like rock or techno music) because then it's just distracting. Also, a button to toggle music on/off is a nice feature with ANYTHING that uses repeating sound.
There was no button to go back. Granted, one SHOULDN'T be needed, but in the odd case where it is, it's nice to have one instead of having to reload the flash.
Aside from that, it's a nice little tutorial. Props to you.

it's not like you are really helping anybody, your neon effect doesn't look that nice and it's easier to use the glow filter...
