Me and a friend of mine decided to have a little flash challenge with one another. The topic was bearding and this is what I came up with. I had like two days and spent overall around 5 hours on it. I think it turned out well.

despite your claiming the character is growing a beard... it still looks like he's just getting feces smeared across his face.
on top of that, the attempt at adding shaving creme didn't work at all, and during the actual shaving, he removed a bit of hair with the razor handle. last i checked, that doesn't exactly work.
in conclusion: fail.
