Summary.

Before today I don't think I've ever heard of Ted Stevens.

It was kinda funny but nothing special.

The clips in which he studdered were just uncomfortable to listen to.

The sound quality was decent.

Soundboards in general aren't all that great, if they're very extensive in the number of sounds and easy to use then they can be good. This was just a little too small and you used a rather obscure person. perhaps he's not obscure to you or to others, some may sind this hilarious if they know who Ted Stevens is but to me it was just a random soundboard.

With that said it was done well, it was easy to use at the very least.
