its a well made game. i did not find it that enjoieble, but thats youst me that doessent like this cind of game. it was good tho

I wouldn't want to tackle making a tic tac toe game. I think you did an excellent job. I had fun playing it.

well... any tic-tac-toe game is very simple... it was still alright to play for a short while, but it was very very easy.

There was nothing incredibly special about this but it was good. It kept me amused for a few minutes so good job :)

However this game has been done several times before, this is one of the better versions I've seen but there are still just too many out there.

I would suggest doing something completely original or altering the TicTacToe gameplay somehow. A unique theme also never hurts.

Aside from that, some music would have been nice...
