It was quite interesting but not amazing
Well, to start off with, the plot doesn't make much sense.
Two metroids go into a cave, and then THEY'RE ATTACKED BY A METROID.
Why is an adult metroid going to attack child metroids?
And then after that it gets eaten by the queen.
THe backgrounds jump around a lot and don't really look too nice.
Other than that, I'm a big fan of metroid, and if you fix that stuff up I don't see why it couldn't be a good series.
Hey, Omega Metroids can be cranky. Especially if they just got out of a shell. Thye backgrounds do jump a bit, but after a certain point they get better. Althoguh there's an odd point where the tunnel flashes while the metroids are trying to run like hell. Oddly enough, it doesn't show up on the timeline. And it's gets 'eaten' by the queen because the Omega was trying to kill the smaller metroids.
You'll see another episode eventually.

First off, I am already a big fan of metroid ;) , and I quite enjoyed the storyline myself (I have no clue what lman3000 was taking about) However I do agree you should try something other than sprites though.
I think the idea of his review was that it wasn't completly clear what was going on. I never really pointed it out myself in this animation. As for the sprites, I'll either use them again or take more time and attempt to draw them either in flash or outside of flash (the smaller metroids I can draw without too much trouble).

i dont understand the storyline, improve the graphics newgrounds has way too many sprite flashes, good flash for ur first time

Yeah, I agree there are a lot of sprite flashes, but to be quite honest, I'm lacking in the art department. Technically, this is my third, the other two didn't quite make it, and I'm still hoping for this one. Although I put a LOT more effort into it than the previous two.
I see a future here
Well i get the story 2 metroids trying to survive maybe the next episode can make more sense and try to sync it better next time

I borrowed all the sprites from theshyguykingdom.com. They got hundreds of sprites there, as well as a lot of good custome sprites. Sync it better you say? as far as the music goes, or relating to background changes?
