Not bad but not good enough for the portal.
I think you should take more time with drawing... I didnt like it how you used the NG x-mas preloader town... But I must say one thing. It was good because you got something done.

Not bad
It was pretty good. Maybe just a little more going on next time, although there's nothing wrong with simplicity. Out of curiosity though, why doesn't the bottom right corner of the TV ever light up? It's nothing major, just things like that kinda bug me cause I'm not normal....
