Also not very good...
After watching your funky fiddling flash, i decided to watch a few of your other flashes and noticed that you don't use more than 8 different animations/images per flash movie. You should focus a lot more on improving the artistic quality of your movies. This flash, for example, is mainly the same animation of a pixelated character climbing and falling down some stairs. There's also some parts of the same guy jumping around on a lunar-type terrain, and then some part about him floating through space, and a little bit with a rocket. For 3 minutes, that's not enough variety, and it doesn't even begin to tell a story, just repetitive animations.
Also, your Point of View flash is just someone (presumably you?) ranting about some PSP shooter game. I actually found it quite comical because I do enjoy FPS games, but that doesn't appeal to all audiences. And even then, I think it would have been a better phone conversation than a flash movie. THere was no reason to put animation with it, just some random character opening and closing his mouth.
In all, what I think your projects lack is focus and time input. If you'd stay a little more focused on producing some high quality flash videos, and then put enough time into producing it, your end-producst will improve ten-fold.
