Music video tribute to Dorothy's Magic Bag’s song „Science Fiction Man“.
Dorothy's Magic Bag creates a lot of great chiptunes and you can check out his site and his myspace: www.dmb.candymind.com www.myspace.com/dorothysmagicbag
If you want to contact me you can send me a message (PM) on youtube, myspace http://www.myspace.com/markp0rter or Deviant Art http://markp0rter.deviantart.com/ . If you are into Instant Messaging (I’m sorry but don’t ask me anything about programs and how to do stuff. I am only fine with talking about music, movies, video games and other chitchat) you can contact me via AIM: MarkP0rter or MSN: Mark.P0rterAThotmail.com (replace the AT with @ and bear in mind it’s NO email address). I always enjoy it when people talk to me (supports me to do more videos and stuff). Enjoy the video :)

Also not very good...

After watching your funky fiddling flash, i decided to watch a few of your other flashes and noticed that you don't use more than 8 different animations/images per flash movie. You should focus a lot more on improving the artistic quality of your movies. This flash, for example, is mainly the same animation of a pixelated character climbing and falling down some stairs. There's also some parts of the same guy jumping around on a lunar-type terrain, and then some part about him floating through space, and a little bit with a rocket. For 3 minutes, that's not enough variety, and it doesn't even begin to tell a story, just repetitive animations.

Also, your Point of View flash is just someone (presumably you?) ranting about some PSP shooter game. I actually found it quite comical because I do enjoy FPS games, but that doesn't appeal to all audiences. And even then, I think it would have been a better phone conversation than a flash movie. THere was no reason to put animation with it, just some random character opening and closing his mouth.

In all, what I think your projects lack is focus and time input. If you'd stay a little more focused on producing some high quality flash videos, and then put enough time into producing it, your end-producst will improve ten-fold.

A rather original masterpiece

I loved it. This reminds me of Mattel Electronics's Intelivision. The little man looks similar to the design of their logo.

Strange.

I thought it was pretty good, i loved the music you put in but i found the movie very repetitive, i mean like he falls down the stairs like 20 times. i think you could have improved it by making it a bit less repetitive, i couldn't understand what the song was saying either. But anyway i loved it.

i like this

This was a good tribute, it was like a old video games from the 8bit era. Clever music went with it, and it was entertaining to watch, good looking it was too, although i found it hard to make out the words to the song good job.
