It's not the best you can do. Whatever the voice effect was got really annoying really quickly. It didn't have very good drawing either. Try harder next time and I'm sure you can make something better.
P.S. Just to clear things up, it's spelled "potential." Have a good day. :-)

no offence but this was rubbish. not even funny. the animation was alright but the drawing and effort you put in is way lower than your obvioys potentiol. the only person your letting down with that flash is yourself.
