*FLASH PLAYER 8 NEEDED*

Here I am with one of my first tutorials. In this one I explain how to create outer space. I feel as if I forgot something in it though...

^^Good Points^^
Not a bad tutorial. You obviously knew what you were doing, as the scene looked good, and you explained the gradients and stars well. I really like the black to white technique for the stars. This was well presented and very professional.

^^Needs Improving^^
This was a little short, and I feel you could have added some more to this. You could have done planets or close up stars etc. Plus that scene wasn't all that exciting, perhaps some weird space anomalies!

Outer space!

"I feel as if I forgot something in it though..."

PLANETS! That's what you forgot!

Anyway, great but simple tutorial. I'll probably try this.

One thing: there's no need to first dot white lines everywhere then apply the gradient; you can just apply the gradient on the brush first, then dot it around the stage.

I liked the darkblue-black gradient - it really gives a simple impression of a nebula.

Pretty good

it was good but i think more could be added like making meteors appear over a certain amount of time. or having stars flicker. but it was pretty good. just watch this then the space game tutorial and you'll have yourself a good o'l space game :D

What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nobody plays a game that you don't even do anything in the hole thing is just rules

Shining like a star

Simple. To the point, and friendly. If I knew anything about Flash, I'd actually feel like I could do it.

Nice job!
