Actually in terms of Dress Up games this isn't too bad. The animated features are really cool and you have a decent amount of backgrounds to choose from. That right there puts it above most other dress up games in the future, present, and past.
You left the most important thing out though. An organized manner in which the items you use to dress the character up with are off of the main scene. You can't really create a good scene because all of the items are literally piled on top of each other. Perhaps that would be ok if you had an area off of the main scene to drop them off at, but either way just having a space for the items themselves, increasing the scene size, and having the draggable items more organized would be the way to go.
