With the blessing of our friend, Joe Cartoon, we created this show as a spoof of just about every single Joe creation ever. All the classic elements are here: a mumbling red-neck, a smart-ass frog, and an exploding head.

Illiterate critics should stick to sports
Appariently some people have a hard time READING the author's note that Joe Cartoon gave him permission to animate this. Clearly, if Joe Cartoon had a problem with the idea, he would not give Bob Cesca permission to animate this.
Also, the ignorance of the last poster sickens me. This cartoon is OOOOLD! Dave Chappelle didn't have his own show back when this was made. I'm not familiar with the particular skit you're refering to, but if it's identical to this animation, then it's clearly Dave copying this, which I'm sure he got permission to from Bob Cesca.
Do your homework next time, kids, and respect the artists.
This goes down in history as one of my all time favorite flash animations.
