Popping ballons themed flash. Not the most original idea. Graphics look nice on the ballons. You could try adding power ups and upgrades for improvement.

This is a game I made in 3 days called Balloon Takedown. Hope you like. I'm still working on making something where you submit your high score, but for now, if you want, you can send screenshots of the game score to me, and if enough people do, I'll make a high score list on my site.

This was a fun and cute game, nice graphics on the "BALOONS" the backround could be abit differrent maybes something not so pixelated, other then that it was a fun game, nice job.

Not bad
This game is pretty solid as far as functionality, and simply having the shine on the balloons makes it a bit more eye-catching. If your goal was to keep a small file size, you made that, but could still afford a more interesting (if not higher resolution) background. If you weren't focusing on small file size, the addition of a [not annoying] audio loop. Be it some music, or even birds chirping to keep the peaceful aura this game emanates, it would be nice (some people listen to their own music, so a mute button might be a good idea).
If you plan to expand upon this, I suggest making a reason to not be too careful. Theoretically, one could play forever by simply not shooting when anything life-threatening is on-screen. Also, level separations, upgrades, a variety in balloons, and simply more balloons, would all add to this game, but aren't really necessity.
Even if you don't decide to make updates or another version of this game, it still gets a 3/5 from me.
[I was also wondering if all the rainbow balloons were supposed to take away a life regardless if it had a spikey ball in it or not, eventually I just stopped shooting them]
Fun game...
I got up to 1000 so far on it...there could be some music added or at least to the menu maybe? You should add some more various obstacles/enemies to this game as well I think. Plus....more balloons! More colors! Another cool idea would be to add a changing background. That might add more to the game. Everything else about it was awesome. Nice work!

wow, i am speechless, i got another game to add to my favs!!!! i thought it was annoying when i poped 1 balloon with a spike in it i lost 2 lives......bummer
