dude how many chips can you have?!1
WARNING! This game does not include the instructions, just a link to a website that will teach you how to play Go. If you don't know how to play Go you should visit http://playgo.to/interac
tive/ or Go to Wikipedia. It's a lot of fun.
This game is meant for two players. There isn't an AI that will play with you, so call your siblings from the other room or pull up one of your friends on AIM and play some Go.
0 calls to _root.
2 custom classes.
3 grid sizes.
4 bottles of Advil.

AWESOME I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS GAME ONLINE!
Thx a ton, now I don't have to clean up all those little peices, lol!
Hehe, thanks. I thought that some people might find it useful.
what?!?!
it seems like a good game but how come you have to play against another human player and not the computer? i'm stuck playing against myself
Programming an AI for this game would be incredibly difficult and I am not quite far enough along in programming knowledge to do it. It'd even be easier to make an AI for chess.

Sorry about that title, but I felt that this was too awesome to describe with normal letters. I have this game in real life, and its nice to see a virtual version on NG. If your wondering about the different ratings, here goes. Graphics: Circles aren't groundbreaking. Nothing bad-looking though.
Sound: Good use of sound loop.
Violence: Hundreds of colored stones massacre-ing each other
Interactivity: Game-AI=Interactivity 10.
Humor: Funny how something so great could get a score as low as this did. (Of course not from your viewpoint though.
Overall: It owns me.
Also, I found a bug. If there is one empty space and the others are all controlled by one color, and its that color's turn, and they try to place the last piece in the last spot, it says its illegal because its suicide. Then if you pass and the other color puts it there it captures the whole board. I think it might work like that in the real game too, but it shouldn't IMO. (Isn't it hilarious that Atari means "In a position to be captured")?
Thank you for the comprehensive review. You don't see many of those these days. That is how the game would work in real life, btw, and it is funny that that is what Atari means. I actually didn't know that it was a Go reference until I learned how to play Go.
Loved it
its very good man. but i think you should make the fon more readable..
Yeah, I was very worried about using the font that I did. It was the only one on the computer I was using that had an even remotely Asian feel to it, but next time I'll try not to compromise function for form.
