All i saw were items... There's NO space whatsoever to work with...

But good idea and concept

It's not bad but you could make it less cluttered.

It is a very good game.

in the end i closed it because i couldn't find somewhere to put all the outfits after I'd finished making 1 character and was making the next.

I kind of like it. It's a good idea.
You have good artwork, but it's very, very cluttered. I got impatient and closed it. Maybe if you add a sidebar to select things from, or maybe make the overall thing a little bigger. The selection of items isn't too bad, although you could've had more. It's also hard to see all of the items fully: again, way too cluttered. I had to drag and drop each item into the middle of the screen so I could see exactly what I was looking at.
Maybe add some music in the background, and something to do with the character once you finish it?

Overall it was pretty good, though.

I like South Park, this got me interested. Your drawing in this is quite good, definately above Newgrounds average, like, loads of stuff makes it in, that is crap. Your drawing is not, well done.

Coding - Very simple, yet effective. Good ol' click and drag.

However!! The South Park theme would give you some points for sound, and I think a menu system for your clothing/heads/eyes would be great, cuz then you can include more of them, without the space becoming too crowded. Also, have rotating backgrounds, and perhaps a print button, it makes it much more interesting.

Overall, not too bad.
