I thought I'd try and create a flash game that could be played on a PSP, and this is the result!

There's not much room to work in on a PSP, (the screen is small, the memory tight) and any full screen movement slows the flash down to a crawl, so you have to choose the type of game carefully if it's going to be any good.

So this is an update of a classic game (Bomb Run, Bomber Baron), optimised as much as I possibly could (only 21k!), using pixel graphics to keep the size small and the redraw as smooth as possible. And I think it works pretty well - but you can be the judge.

More fun than I thought!

This was really fun to play because I did not even realize what the point of the game was at first. It took me awhile to even realize that I was slowly going down in elevation. I first thought this was going to be something where you had to rescue somebody. Seeing as how you really blew stuff up, it was quite the opposite. You really have to let the bombs drop right where they are highest and not mess around at all. I did not like it how there was not a background and the graphics were mediocre.

I AM ADDICTED

i first found this game when i was surfin the internet, but i didnt know who made this... GREAT JOB, you should think about makin a more complicated version, where you can buy new bombs and stuff

Not bad, even on PC

A very simple time based game. Works on PC just as well.

meh

not really that fun

o well.

cant expect muck from a 20k sized game

6.5

I just stopped at 146 points. To tell you the truth, initally seeing how small the file size was, I can honestly say that I was not expecting all that much out of the game. For roughly only 20k, there was a lot of fun action in this small little complicated game. We have all played similar versions to this, maybe in different formats and such, but roughly the same game. It's always nice to see how an animator might just change up the game. I liked the look of the buildings, with noticably two different types. The helicopter looked good as well and the sound effects were all quite good and fit in quite well. Keep up the good work.
