This is a spoof of windows in the year 2060. My friend, Xaero will be releasing one which will be a bit different mine. I have the link at the end of the movie. It doesn't work yet but will once his is released.
As for Light's Out! 2. I had finished the full version when I was about to upload it I received the Trojan virus which deleted it. This was very annoying.

Wow this got to be crappiest ever windows spoof, its got everything:
1. pictures drawn by 5 year old on ms paint - check
2. annoying voice or some other crappy audio that would make my ears puke, if they could - check
3. predictable sense of "humor"
So there is nothing good about this piece of shit.
