This isn't a bad quiz at all, though it does have some problems.
first of all, you phrased some of the questions very oddly... but based on the Author Comments, I see that English is most likely not your first language.
Also, once you finish the quiz, you should give the option to restart it without having to refresh the page. the coding for a button to bring you back to frame one is incredibly simple, so there's no excuse for that. Also, at the end, it would be nice if you, as the quiz-maker were to give us the percentage of the answers we got right.

if you were to do all of that, you'd significantly improve your game.

It was okay, but it wasn't that pretty to look at. Plus the music was a little fuzzy. But it was a decent quiz I guess ^_^ Hints were nice.

I thought there were 4 students who survived the program; Shuya, Noriko, Kawada, and the Smiling Winner who was seen in the beginning.

It was a fun trivia but I had a problem with question nr. two.

Technically there were 3 who survived the program itself because Kawada died on the boat and that was after it ended.

wow this is the shit dude, i liked the quiz ... wow... i thinked i knew BR more than that ! a little 3/18 is really cheap... but im not an expert for the names thats where i got lot of bads answers... thanks for this quiz and keep up the good work
